Job Description

  - Develop and social media strategy, including organic and paid campaigns
- Analyze and leverage trends in social media to build brand awareness and equity
- Create, produce and publish engaging digital content & campaigns that represent the Big brand
- Resolve current and prospective customer issues, complaints and respond to questions on social media channels, using independent judgment and exercising discretion at all times.
- Identify and leverage influential opportunities, such as contracting with social media influencers, athletes and sponsors to increase awareness.
- Grow community and social brand ambassadors, social media platforms, by engaging regularly with audiences online.
- Work with marketing team to create blog content
- Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews
- Promote events to public using social media
- Learn new social media platforms as they emerge and integrate them into company’s social media strategy and presence
- Ensure all content on every platform complies with the company’s social media policy and brand image
- Develop benchmarks and regularly measure impact of social media programs using social media analytics, KPIs and dashboards to show audience engagement, growth, and Return on Ad spend
- development of content, thoughtful collaboration with snow reporters, web production specialist and third party agency.
- Continue to build expertise in the field of social media and digital marketing with ongoing attention to career development

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3-4 years’ experience in social media management
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform is required
- Passion for social media, new media outlets and content distribution
- Customer service mindset to create a strong interactive dynamic with customers on social
- Must be detail oriented
- Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
- Strong problem solving skills
