Job Description

  1. To develop sales targets for each sales representatives and teams.
2. Manage regular sales team performance, evaluation, and KPIs
3. Control sales team and support on products training & administration
4. To lead, direct and motivate the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives and target.
5. Meeting & build relationship with customers and support sales team to close deal
6. Maintain & improve sales discipline through company systems and guidelines.
7. Direct and supervise sales team activities production forecasting
8. Prepare strategy & plan to develop sales business
9. Report market situation and analyze competitor activities to the manager
10. Annual business plan, sales result, sales forecast & involve Marketing activities
11. Control products delivery & stock arrangement
12. Coordinate and facilitate communication from Management to sales staff and staff to management
13. Training & coaching sales team
14. Summary daily (Customer negotiation progress), weekly and monthly report with ongoing deal potential customer report to GM
15. Update customer profile (customer-by-customer)
16. New member orientation either vehicle specification or working environment explanation
17. Manage other related events with Marketing team
18. To conduct other jobs as assigned by GM

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Marketing Management is preferable.
- At least 2-3 years experiences in sales, preferably in the field of Automotive Business, banking, or real estate
- Willing to develop knowledge in technical products.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skill
- Be honest and hardworking
- Able to work under pressure
