Job Description

	• Control and manage the payment & receipt for all project and other company transactions • Verify invoice & payment management • Prepare actual daily, monthly cash flow and cash flow next month • Set up new staff training on finance policy and procedure • Verify Fixed Asset and label management • Report permanently on company’s accounting to Head of Finance • Manage cost accounting • Prepare the adjustment and account reconciliation • Accounts Receivable and Account Payable management • Liaise with tax auditor for solve the tax issue while audit • Managing business relationship with external and internal departments/stakeholder • Work closely with Bank (Register new Account, Bank Transfer oversea..,) • Work with the key manager regarding accounting procedure including: expense claim, reimbursement, flight and accommodation payment • Other tasks assigned by Head of Finance Department

Job Requirements

	• Bachelor degree of Accounting and Finance • A professional accounting qualification (CAT/ACCA/CPA) is preferred and it is essential that you have worked in a multicultural environment and are used to working with different nationalities • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required; postgraduate degree and/or accountancy qualification preferred • A minimum 5 year-experience in Accounting Management • Dedicated, hands on and result driven personality • Experienced with management/financial reporting as well as proficient with cost accounting practices • Good written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese is advantage
