• Develop and Implement Sales strategy for Modern Trade, Mini Mart, and Horeca channel to growth for other level of business operation • Manage and monitor demand plan for each Key Account for monthly, Quarterly and yearly • Build good relationship with current Key Account and find new Key account to be business partner with company • Set up long term partnership program with Key account to achieve with Availabilities, Visibilities, and Accessibilities • Set up promote plan and market strategy for Modern Trade to deliver the sales Target • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders • Manage and monitor sales team to sales achieve target as plan • Staff Management including recruiting, coaching, controlling, motivating and evaluating • Report Management: Sales Report, market report (Competitors), Expiration of product as daily, weekly, monthly • Handle problem solving for both client and subordinator from end to end • Other Job assigned by upper level |
