Job Description

	1.Manage to achieve the set target of business 2.Develop strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve allocated targets across the regions or territories and ensuring business growth 3.Pro-actively monitor market trends (customers and competitors) 4.Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 5.Track the performance post campaign and making recommendations for most effective marketing activities 6.Develop solid and long-term business relationships with distributors and key outlets in the assigned territories 7.Collaborate with agency to develop and implement marketing and public relations strategies 8.Oversee and supervision of personnel, including work allocation, training, and problem resolution 9. Evaluate performance and motivate team members 10.Works with internal stakeholders to ensure processes are effective and efficient, in line with defined and approved design and rules.

	1 Master Degree in related fields 2 A minimum of two years working experiences in Sales/marketing/advertising/brand management/ customer service 3 proficient in MS Office and CRM 4 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5 Demonstrate ability in operation management, business development, and customer relationship management 6 Demonstrate professional and proactive networking skills with high-profile people 7 Experience in defining/developing project management processes, methods
