Job Description

	.Assist human resource manager on Human resource work(Recruitment, enrollment, resignation) . Handle NSSF and labor compliance (according to country’s law, responsible for check and verify to report of employee’s endorsement insurance, accidental insurance .process the insurance request and settlement of claims, timely to deal with employee related insurance report and settlement of claims. . Responsible for request foreign employee employment book and annual inspection with Ministry of labor and vocational. .Human Resource document management(Employee document filling, Labor contract management, attendance management..etc. .other task assigned by superior

Job Requirements

	1、Bachelor or higher degree in Human resource Management or related field 2、at least 2 years work experience in related field 3、Strong communication skill and high responsibility and interpersonal skill 4、knowledge in English and Chinese languages is a must. 5、knowledge in Cambodia Labor Law 6、Have administrative work experience is a plus 7、skillful in computer literacy。 We provide full package of benefit as below: - NSSF, 24hrs accident insurance - Food allowance - Festival allowance - Promotion opportunity - team-work environment - Friendly boss - Annual leave - Public hoildays - Yearly appraisal
