Job Description

  - Advertising on school policies and relations
- Evaluating programs and policies and providing advice to institutions and organizations
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from election results, public opinion surveys, and foreign legislation projects to develop recommendations.
- Monitor and maintain equipment
- Maintaining current knowledge of foreign and domestic academic affairs and their decisions.
- Produce teachers, staff and students profile and school profile.
- Sharing research results through academic and professional publications, written reports, and public presentations.
- Developing international cooperation projects in governmental and non-governmental forums and other activities.
- Monitor new relevant programs and be on hand to solve problems as needed
- Collaborate with marketing officer to select and prioritize content.
- Ensure update information is within time limits
- Coordinate with the school committee to develop promotion strategies for upcoming school programs.
- Perform research on local, national and international affairs to stay updated.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager and Mr. President of Aii Language Center.
- To be Friendly, honest, flexible and hardworking.
- Tasks, works, assignments, projects and others will be assigned by Mr. President.
- At least bachelor’s degree in International Studies, International Relations, or a related field

Job Requirements

  - Proven work experience as International Relations Officer
- Solid experience with face-to-face conversational skills like body language, proper listening, and assertive expression.
- In-depth understanding of the Cross-Cultural Management
- As an International Relations Officer often requires professionals to make hard decisions both privately and professionally, flexibility is a crucial skill needed for success in the field.
- Ability to make Communications through other mediums, like video conference, text, or phone conversation.
- Collaborate with foreign policymakers to identify the most reasonable regulations to place upon a particular area of international trade.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure
