- Conduct risk assessment on business initiative/service/policy procedure and product development. - Maintain recording mechanism of operational risk register, risk incident report register, operational loss event database and fraud control plan register. - Assist risk owners to create strategies recommendation and solution to response the operational risk incidents. - Design a business continuity planning and crisis management plan for managing the unexpected risk event. - Assist Department Director to produce report dashboard and other requirement. |
- Bachelor degree in Management, Banking and Finance, Economics, or other related field. English degree is preferable. - At least 2 year experience on operational risks and fraud risk management, Audit and Compliance. - Proven experience in areas of risk management, compliance or related field. - Understanding of control issues. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Sound understanding of financial/banking business operation.
