Job Description

	+RESPONSIBILITIES – Recruit, orient, and train pest operator on appropriate rules and procedures. – Ensure smooth and continuous operations of the services according to the company standard. – Handling all technical complaints on service-related matters with clients. – Monitor, improve, and develop operations processes to ensure the highest efficiency. – Prepare and control the budget for pest control operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services. – Review contracts and make sure that service items are delivered to clients. – Oversee the coordination of staff during an emergency situation. – Assign guard duties to pest operators to ensure effective distribution of workload. – Keep track of incidents in order to evaluate them and recommend a course of action. – Schedule pest operator to insure operation is smooth. – Prepare and present reports to management and related teams. – Other jobs assigned by the Managing Director. +REQUIREMENTS – Background in pest control operation. – A recognized bachelor’s degree, specializing in Management – Minimum 3 years of working experience in pest control operation, – Able to work in a highly matrix and multicultural environment; – Good in English (both speaking and writing) – Very familiar with Computer literate (Ms. Office & email) +BENEFITS & CONDITIONS Salary: 500$-800$ Work Time: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm Work Day: Monday - Friday Benefits: – Monthly Salary: Attractive salary – Seniority indemnity – Annual salary review – 24hours accidental insurance – Other benefits: Gasoline, Mobile phones, and others.
