Job Description

  - Provide professional support to customers, receive phone calls and consult with customer, solving problem for customer etc.
- Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions, providing information
- Provide customers with product and service information or promotion
- Complete call logs produce call reports to Supervisor

Job Requirements

  - Graduate/ Studying Bachelor Degree
- Good command in Chinese by including listening, reading and writing, being able to read and write English
- Must be excellent communication skills and always be patient
- Experience in related field is preferable
- Ability to deal with difficult situations
- Initiative, high sense of responsibility
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
