Job Description

  1.Ensuring strategic alignment of the training program meet up with business goals.
2.Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities, actions of the HR department.
3.Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems.
4.Developing, analyzing, and updating the company's salary budget and evaluation program.
5.Developing, revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
6.Writing, maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures.
7.Identifying training needs by consulting with other Department Head.
8.Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
9.Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
10.To facilitate the development of the Company's outlets and their working
relationship with other teams and individuals.
11.To build networks for smooth communication so that the organization objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.
12.Maintaining department records and reports.
13.Participating in administrative staff meetings.
14.Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
15.Respond to problems and questions raised by individual staff or managers. Provide appropriate advice and information pertaining insurance, recruitment and staff relations, and where necessary involve other parties in these discussions
16.Work out any grievances or complaints for the staff with other managers who are involved with the situations.
17.Provide advice and education to managers and individual staff members on the interpretation and application of Company’s policies.
18.Conducting spot check at all company’s outlets to make sure that all the assigned jobs have been accomplished.
19.Administer all changes to individual staff contracts (eg: changes to salary, changes to working hours, extension or termination of contracts, promotion or change of role, completion of probation period, letter of termination...etc).
20.Ensure that appropriate approvals have been given for these changes and then produce confirmation letters or other paperwork needed for processing the change.
21.Maintain and update the staff database.
22.Translate HR documents and correspondence between English and Khmer as necessary.
23.Other tasks assigned by CEO.
