Job Description

   Organize and arrange company’s events
 Conduct staff satisfaction survey
 Maintain good relationship with staff in all levels
 Collect and handle employee’s complaints
 Organize the charity works and events
 Write the company newsletters
 Assist to facilitate the Chinese club
 Do report during Conduct site visit and investigation
 Collect the requests/complaints notes from the suggestion box and come up with solutions
 Record and filling related document in/out
 HRIS data entry in to Blue Software system
 Other tasks assigned by supervisor/Manager

Job Requirements

   Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields.
 A minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in Human Resource Management (HRM).
 Good experience in employee relations and problem solving.
 Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and with staff at all levels.
 Be able to deal with difficult situations.
 Good budgeting and resource allocation skills.
 Good Command in English and Chinese is an advantage.
