Job Description

  Overall Responsibility
As a Customer Services staff, you are responsible for performing one of our strongest plus point.

Main Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receive, process (request for space, routing…) and make confirmation for air cargo booking requests.
- Manage, follow up, and update shipment status on booking list closely (e.g. on daily basis).
- Customer care: Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. - Input data entry for airlines’ systems.

Working Relationships
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments

Job Requirements

  Education:
- Bachelor, college of foreign trade / economic

Experience:
- Good knowledge of Airlines, Forwarding & Logistics Field
- At least 01 year experience in same industry will be prioritized

Required Skills:
- Excellent in English and computer
- Special Skills: for those whom are proficiency in speaking and reading in Chinese are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to identify, analyze, organize and solve issues and reported problems in a timely and effective manner
