Job Description

  1 Explain all internal rule to new worker and thump print
2 Apply OT and Staff movement (In & Out)
3 Daily record attendance worker/staff
4 Processing worker/staff contract
5 Manage utilities payment
6 Control Payroll System,
7 Update sick leave weekly
8 Prepare pay-slip, envelop and counting the money
9 Processing NSSF
10 Control stationaries and Process PO
11 Prepare and organize the Cambodian work permit
12 Prepare and organize foreigner work permit
13 Controlling & Filling any document
14 Monthly meeting with delegate
15 Motivate all worker/staff, when they have issue or depressed
16 Exit Interview when have worker resign and keep the report in folder.
17 Assist with other department need
18 Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

  - Experience relate to administration 1 year up
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Good communication English
