Job Description

  - Assures the timely and efficient distribution of products.
- Works closely with Shipping Manager and Section Coordinators to accomplish goals.
- Managing the training process for all new employees in the department.
- Coordinates, monitors, and maintains safety and good housekeeping practices in all areas of the department.
- Directs daily manpower placement, including planning, assigning and directing work.
- Manages all positions and people within their area of responsibility including addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Manages the quality of work and performance of each employee.
- Appraises and develops employees under their supervision, including recommending raises, promotions and transfers.
- Ensure availability of adequate staff to maintain proper records, storage facilities, packaging and deliveries/turnover, safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from storage configurations.
- Knowledge for storage condition, sensitive product, and product FIFO & LIFO.
- Analyse and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines.
- Assist in the handling of material planning, purchasing, logistics, or field purchasing functions or plans, and executes those functions within established Material Management Plans, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains an equipment structure in a safe, effective manner.
- Monitors the unloading of all materials into the Warehouse.
- Ensures materials are staged for counting and inspection, and stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
- Maintain warehouse vehicles such as trucks and forklifts and also building and security needs and associated paperwork.
- Other duties as assign by manager.

Job Requirements

  * Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A minimum of 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Forklift Operations Knowledge in plus
- Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good written and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment with ever-changing deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, and excellent work ethic are also necessary
- Ideal candidates must have the ability to prioritize work under constant deadlines

* Preferred Skills
- Procurement, Purchasing, Merchandising or Account
- Can Speak Chinese more priority
