Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and scanning
• Key in or type up an documents or items that the accounting department is responsible for including invoice, as well as vouchers
• Keep a thorough record of sale and calculate profit
• Control A/R and A/P
• Prepared daily collected to deposit cash from sales with cash collector to deposit into the bank
• Update sale record to Local order database (LOD)
• Prepare offer /Quotation to customer
• Key in daily stock in/out and report
• Alert management while goods short than 3 months use
• Arrange goods delivery to customers
• Help to organize exhibition or seminary
• To assist on ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Female. Age under 24 years old.
• Graduate or undergraduate in Administration skill, accounting skill or other relevant skill with Mathematic result.
• Know some accounting is priority.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Team and disciplined working spirits.
• Effective planning, analytical and implementation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Internet, E-mail.
• Good written and verbal English skills.
