Job Description

  • To identify the new customers, leads, test drives and convert them into sales according the management target.
• To develop and execute the customer follow-up plan for sales generation.
• To consistently and promptly update all sales-related activities into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• To stay up-to-date with the product offers of all models.
• To work closely with Marketing team to ensure that marketing activities shall be effective and reachable to the correct market segmentation.
• To provide highest level of customer service
• To manage the merchandise and facilities of the showroom and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness.
• To develop or maintain the long-term relationship with existing and new customers.
• To report the sales activities to the management on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• To provide sufficient product training to Sales Consultants
• To ensure that all leads of Sales Consultants are promptly followed up
• To support Sales Consultant on sales generation as needed.
• To ensure sales target for Sales Team is met/ exceeded

Job Requirements

  • Degree(s) from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
• A minimum of 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
• Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good organizational, time management and problem solving skills
• Be able to work under pressure for sale target.
• Proper Professional Sales attitude and profile
• Analytical and Presentation skills.
• Strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills
