Job Description

  Main Purpose of Job
1. Manage all procurement activities for the Real Estate & Construction project in line with procurement policies and procedures.
2. Plan and source suppliers taking into account various factors such as corporate policy, quality approval, level of service and pricing to meet statutory, legal and internal requirements.
3. Assist Finance & Admin Manager for the effective running of procurement & Logistic areas, ensuring that compliance is met.
4. To deal with logistic companies & suppliers for any import shipment must follow the (pick-up & arrival) schedule.
5. To arrange all documents to apply for custom permit, to make sure that the shipment arrived site on time.
6. To coordinate with warehouse managers for proper process of shipment receiving.
7. Work closely with the Project Director to ensure all materials, equipment and suppliers are tendered to on time.
8. Work closely with warehouse manager and provide solutions for storage.

1. Receive and review purchase request from other department.
2. Track shipments and communicate with supplier.
3. Ensure all PR is properly approved.
4. Coordinate shipping with agents.
5. Manage tendering process and supporting the different requirement.
6. Perform and implement all custom clearance activities.
7. Plan ordering of inventory items according to the reorder level.
8. To source for new Forwarder company, Clearance company, shipment quotation, price negotiation and suppliers.
9. Responsible for the effective management of internal controls, and the operation effectiveness of procurement systems.
10. Guarantee availability of shipping documents prior to vessels arrival.
11. Assist in short- and long-term budget and audit planning and completion.

Job Requirements

1. Have a strong database for materials and suppliers, both locally and internationally.
2. Understand the Contractors Master List and have experience in QIP projects.
3. Understand Supply Chain Management Process.
4. Be time efficient and understand lead time for all relevant items.
5. Have strong negotiation and diplomacy skills.
6. Have a strong understanding of construction material specifications.
7. Able to do comparisons, SWOT analysis and make clear recommendations.
1. Have a strong background in local and international deliveries and clearance.
2. Have strong experience in customs clearance.
3. Have strong experience in inventory management
Min. Educational Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction Procurement and Logistics
2. Bachelor Degree in any related field.
3. Proficient in Computer MS Office.
4. Proficient in Procurement System, Logistic System and Inventory Software.
Essential Requirements
1. Good English & Khmer communication skills
2. Able to multi task
3. Knowledge of construction Management, materials and procedures.
4. Involved in at least 3 mixed use projects
