Job Description

  - Manage incoming calls and distribute to the correct person.
- Satisfy and where possible resolve all requirements, messages, requests,
enquiries, deliveries, etc. of parents and visitors, in an efficient and courteous
manner. 
- On any issue direct the parents to the Admission Manager and/or Admission
Assistant.
- Ensure that all furniture, decorative finishes and/or equipment is located within
or immediately outside the reception area is kept in a tidy and working
condition and where necessary, coordinate with the management office and
other departments to ensure repairs, cleaning etc. are carried out in a timely
manner. 
- Respond to all phone calls.
- Obey internal policies and regulations.
- Keep the front school office clean and suitable.
- Control office supplies, equipment and stationeries.
- To be flexible and highly organized, and to ensuring that the reception area is
kept smart and tidy and that noticeboards are kept up-to-date.
- To work to deadlines on a calm and confident manner when under pressure.
- Well manage on logbook for stationary request.
- To assist with the ordering of stationery, materials and resources and
ensuring that stock levels are maintained and well control.
- To carry out such other duties as may be required.

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields
- At least one year relevant experience in dealing with customer services,
preferably with educational institutions

- Good command of spoken and written English; Chinese is a plus
- Good user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point),
Internet and Email
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Effective speaking and listening skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and deal with problems
- Strong customer service skills
- Be able to work under pressure
