Job Description

  1. Directly report to the CEO and manage a sizable team to maintain the daily operations
2. Perform internal control and risk management as well as ensure all procedures are compliant with regulations, policies, and guidelines
3. Review, streamline and execute settlement process for operational excellent as well as drive the team for the execution of changes against the regulatory amendments
4. Establish and maintain compliance policies and procedures to monitor the daily operations and business activities have complied with requirements of regulatory bodies/authorities
5. Provide financial analysis reports to assist management in understanding business performance.
6. Review, streamline and execute settlement process for operational excellent as well as drive the team for the execution of changes against the regulatory amendments
7. Maintain knowledge of industry and market trends to help the company respond to change and shape the future. Think beyond the day-to-day, taking a long-term, big-picture view of the business. Lead the team to pursue opportunities that will create sustainable value
8. Lead a high-performing team where team members are motivated to achieve results in difficult circumstances. Eliminate obstacles that affect business and individual performance.
9. Constant monitoring and handle all reports.
10. Track all regulatory developments across various jurisdictions 11. Completes team members’ annual performance reviews 12. Forecast the operational capital requirements and develop associated business and execution plans to enable the business to effectively forecast and invest.

Job Requirements

  1. University degree in relating to securities or financial field or any other equivalent degree in finance
2. Working experience of at least 3 years in securities or financial filed
3. Strong investment knowledge
4. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
5. Good command of written and spoken English
6. Familiar with PC application software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
7. Able to work under pressure, independently and handle multi-tasks
