Job Description

  - Check and review posting sales from POS into Accounting System.
- Check and review daily sale report in POS with cash collection of all outlets
- Review cash collection of all outlets with deposit to bank and clarify with bank statement.
- Daily and weekly review POS sale report with accounting system and SAP system
- Review AR aging and be inform to management with uncollected clients.
- Clear reimbursement from other departments of their advance and petty cash
- Set up credit term in System which confirm with Procurement department
- Check review account item on PV before release to Management for approval
- Make sure that all PV need support document
- Check and review inventory report list, physical, adjustment from stock controller
- Check and review FA report list, physical, adjustment from FA controller
- Produce monthly reports Monthly sale report, cash collection report, AR, AP, FA and inventory to AM, FM, CFO.
- Checking and verifying posting done by subordinators.
- Responsible for monthly adjustment and closing of Financial Report.
- Responsible for tax declaration preparation
- Supervise accountant, tax accountant, and stock controller.
- Responsible for the effective management of internal controls and the operation effectiveness of accounting systems with company procedure ad policy
- Responsible for the internal control and daily operation of accounting system
- Monitor, checking , post GL closing account
- Other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirements

  - Age 23-35
- BBA/Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance
- Knowledge of POS, quick Book and other system
- At least 3 years’ experience in accounting field (related to stock in advantage)
- Good at both written and speaking English
- A sound wording knowledge of computer
- Self-motivation and initiatives
- Honest and hardworking
- Be flexible person
