Job Description

  • Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events; coordinates and attends committee meetings, and participates in committee discussions, as appropriate.
• Assist sales team in administration work such as sale communicate with customer, sales reporting, performanace tracking, stock delivery and control the stock as well.
• Prepares and records asset, account receivable revenue, entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Prepare invoices, payment and receipt vouchers
• Verify the daily AR posting in timely-manner and control aging report
• Verify the controlling stock and weekly checkup the stock
• Monthly tax declaration.
• If well-known monthly yearly tax preparation and declaration is better.
• Others tasks are assigned by Sale manager and General manager

Job Requirements

  • Start from 1st year student university in accounting, finance, or related field
• If have more experience in the field of accounting, sale or admin is better
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills; Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point, QuickBooks, and Accounting systems
• Honesty, hard-working and results oriented
• High level of commitment & self-motivation
