Job Description

  - Review and verify on merchant processing applications request form;
- Analysis the merchant risk assessment before submitting for approval;
- Work on terminal approval in Card Management System;
- Update weekly/monthly POS service performance to Manager;
- Provide high customer service support and resolves customer queries effectively on POS merchant service;
- Coordinate and handling all appointments related with merchants;
- Support on technical testing on card/POS project and others related;
- Update on POS materials and guideline for POS merchant service;
- Coordinate & work with relevant departments to update/advertise on merchants’ information through Bank
channels (Facebook, Homepage, Mobile Banking...etc.) to get effective on POS merchant promotion;
- Provide training to all branches/foreign desk on POS merchant service to make sure they are clearly understood POS merchant service;

Job Requirements

  - University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
- At least 1 years work experience in electronic payment(visa card)
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
- Good command of English and other foreign languages(Chinese or Korean) is a plus;
- Computer literacy
