Job Description

  +RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project and site executing:
– To prepare project tender, initiation study, or meeting as requirement
– To prepare and review the project organization, schedule, scope of work…. etc.
– To ensure daily work schedule runs smoothly
– To follow up, corporate, and coordinate with contractors, authorities, and concerned parties to solve all occurred issues
– To create or conduct site inspection or meeting and make relevant reports
– To manage and coordinate subordinators to have a good daily work and daily/weekly site progress visiting and reporting
2. Project operating and maintenance:
– To prepare and review operation and maintenance instructions or procedures
– To monitor and ensure project operation and maintenance run smoothly and efficiency by following the instructions/ procedures
– To make necessary and other required reports

3. Reporting:
– To produce project monthly report and send to internal management and external stakeholders such as EDC/ EAC
– To check and produce report of technical or resettlement problem as necessary
4. Make BQ for Clients
5. Other tasks assigned by project manager or director

Purchasing
– Overseeing activities of the purchasing.
– Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
– Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
– Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
– Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
– Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
– Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
– Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
– Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

+REQUIREMENTS
– At least 3 years’ experience of management at the construction site
– Able to speak English very good level
– Patient with work
– Able to work overtime
– Work with efficiency
– Flexible
– Good Communication skill

+BENEFITS & CONDITIONS
Salary : 400-800$
1. Overtime
2. Bonus after 1 year working
3. Salary will increase depend on outcome work.
4. 18 DAY FOR ANNUAL LEAVE
5. Seniority

- Working time : 8:30 ~ 17:30
- Working day: Mon ~ Sat
Location :Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
