Job Description

  1/ Assistant to Accounting Manager (02 Positions)
• Supervises a group of individuals responsible for the timely processing of financial activities that require the application of technical accounting knowledge specific to their respective area
• Oversees training, work product review, and employee development within their respective group to build accounting skill set and knowledge and to ensure accuracy of financial reporting and analysis
• Manages and often performs moderately complex analysis (i.e. historical, forecasting, impact, etc.) and timely reconciliations to support monthly, quarterly and annual closing cycles according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations
• Researches financial transactions related to their areas of responsibility to identify issues and determine appropriate resolution independently
• Executes specials projects and resolution of non-reoccurring complex accounting issues within the respective area to deliver optimal solutions to financial issues
• Ensures appropriate supporting documents, provisions, and other details for financial activities and entries are maintained and provided to appropriate stakeholders
• Communicates effectively within the team, across other functions, and directly with external auditors to resolve audit questions and issues
• Partners with team and the business in order to identify transaction issues and procedure improvement opportunities to more-effectively support the needs of the Finance organization
• Works with external (regulatory and third party) and independent auditors for transactions to provide required data and information to ensure accuracy
• Designs and oversees testing around financial controls to support compliance for respective financial area


2/ Accounting Officer (02 Positions)
• Preparing Purchase Journal for monthly tax declaration including WHT, FB, VAT and other related to business
• Verifying the transactions for data entry process by type of transactions
• Controlling daily Petty Cash process
• Data Entry the transaction and prepare the document for make payment
• Others duties will be assigned by Management.

3/ Internal Auditor (01 Position)
• Perform the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable standard report, company policy and Cambodia tax regulation.
• Determine internal audit scope and develop the manual to improve internal process.
• Obtain, analyses and evaluate documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.,
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
• Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
• Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions

Job Requirements

  1/ Assistant to Accounting Manager
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in accounting private or relevant experience
• Advanced skills in MS office programs (Excel, Word, Access)
• Demonstrated understanding of advanced GAAP concepts and financial controls (to apply this knowledge to the design and execution of activities within the respective area)
• Experience leading a team and/or supervising others with direct or indirect reports
• Ability to perform under pressure and to keep within tight deadline.
• Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.

2/ Accounting Officer
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting is desirable.
• A proven track record with either previous experience or 2 years in a comparable position in another industry.
• Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written.
• Understanding the accounting software if any
• Knowledge of Accounting standard and Cambodia Taxation is desirable
• Ability to perform under pressure and to keep within tight deadline.
• Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.

3/ Internal Audit
• Proven working experience as Internal Auditor at least 2 years
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedure
