Job Description

  1. To Manage crisis situations that may involve complex technical issues involving software, hardware, procedure, etc.;
2. Protects data of all IT systems in the company, ensuring no tampering or fixing of data that will jeopardize the accuracy and organization integrity.
3. Consistently reviewing all systems processes, procedure and policies to ensure adherence by all parties concerned, take notice of incompliance and escalate to the necessary parties shall matter beyond jurisdiction
4. Managing crisis where unavailability of one or more IT systems that is crucial to the operations, analyze, research and propose the appropriate solution to minimize impacts to company while attending to the matter;
5. To prepare IT manpower for daily operation according to the operation required.
6. To provide training of new staffs on the system or other application as when required
7. To provide profit system to related employee from time to time.
8. To support all related issued relate to software or hardware required and ensure the completeness on time.
9. To ensure the IT facilities are provided with good condition and workable to all user.
10. To liaise with IT vendor for all requests need to be done from time to time.
11. To ensure all IT equipment’s are recording according and report to HQ monthly.
12. To ensure the IT equipment’s moving to ensure the lost.
13. To keep track validity of IT Maintenance supporting and report to HQ of status
14. Achieving of MBO in the agreed timeframe and deliverables.
15. To ensure implementation of IT policies.
16. To support the Maxvalu IT operation as assigned by HQ Manager.
17. Other task as assigned by Management from time to time.

Other Duties
• Participate in company events such stock take, tree planting and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned.
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
• To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
• To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
• To read the Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
• To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Job Requirements

  1.Bachelor degree in information technology field
2.Working experiences at lease 4 years in same or similar field
3.Computer literature software, SAP & Profit Application is preferred
4.Good in Khmer language both verbal and written and can communicate in English
5.Ability to perform under pressure
6.Good Health condition
7.Able to work on Holiday or weekend or overnight
8.Able to be self-learning
