Job Description

  - Key Account abilities
• In charge of the definition and implementation of the Country tax strategy based on the guidelines established by the Global Competency Center
• Ensures the timely submission of actual data and forecast/budgets, providing analysis and comments to deviations from actual to budget
• Ensures that all transactions are registered in the period in which they occurred, and are properly documented, in accordance with local legal requirements and Group practices
• Report the General Manager and the Division Finance team in financial analysis and measures to improve the performance, or solve reporting problems of the operations
• Assist the Country General Manager in Ad-hoc tasks and maintains close communication with operations
• Follow and adapt the Transfer Pricing Model given by the corresponding Global Competency Center complying with the Local Documentation required
• Is responsible for cash management, and preparation of cash flow projections, monitoring currency exchange rate exposure
• Coordinate relationship with external auditors and tax advisors or inspectors, in coordination with the Global Competence Center as appropriate
• In charge of tax audits management and reporting
• Is responsible for insurance related to the local policies in coordination with Global Finance Competency Center
• In charge of the bank accounts management (transactions accounting) and responsible for ensuring and appropriate controls exist around accounting records and payments
• Responsible for an appropriate country cash pooling, intercompany loans, cash forecasting and credit cards management
• As appropriate, leads the negotiations of terms with local banks, in coordination with the Global Competence Center as appropriate
• Train and coach the local finance team
• Is responsible for profit management and cost control, synergy tracking and performance analysis and reporting
• Is responsible for the tax compliance of the company, including filing and settlement tax returns.

Job Requirements

  Main Requirements
• At least Bachelors’ degree in Accounting or Finance, with 5 years international Finance experience
• ACCA qualification is a high advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Khmer
• Excellent written and verbal communication kills in English
• Good leadership and high level of commitment & self-motivation
• Good analytical skills
