Job Description

General Manager
, in conjunction with Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing leadership to position the Company at the forefront of the industry. Develop a strategic plan to advance the Company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth. GM oversees and is responsible for the good management of the Company HR, financial and administration activities. GM shall also assume the management of ELLESSE affairs whenever the CEO is absent for a period in excess of 24 hours.


1. Sale and Marketing Management:
- Ensure that all branches reach the monthly target as set by CEO and BOD.
- Research and analyze the market and competitors to identify the SWOT and improve the business towards leading of the market.
- Set up sale and marketing strategies to support the business within whole year.

2.HR Management:
- Provide leadership in the development, management and implementation of HR policies, procedures and practices in compliance with legal requirements and that will consistently support the Company to achieve, maintain, and recognize a highly functioning, highly competent, and creative staff;
- Help enhance recruitment, benefits, progressive staff development, effective performance management and evaluation to the highest levels;
- Accountable for maintaining the highest set of standards in the areas of compensation and benefits, staff planning and capacity building programs;
- Build and oversee a decentralized model of recruiting, orientation, and other related activities;
- Manage employee hiring, performance reviews, department plans, attendance, and vacation approvals;

3. Finance
- Responsible for good management of finance activities, ensuring the positive control of monthly and annual financial report and monitoring the financial projection;
- Develop and manage capital and operating expense budgets;
- Develop the procedures and strategic plan related to finance;
- Responsible for the full execution and oversight of Company budget and financial controls, personnel and benefits policies and protocols, and office management systems;
- Provide leadership in the development of short and long-range financial plans and goals and projections with input and advice from the other members of the Senior Management Team;
- Develop the annual budget and oversee systems to insure that spending remains within budget and that annual financial goals are achieved;
- Timely and accurate financial analysis is provided to the CEO, senior management, relevant board committees, and the Board of Directors.

4. Warehouse Management:
- Make sure all stock management is well recorded in the system whenever performing the movement and physical stock management matching to the system.
- All inventories shall be managed and kept following to the policies, procedures, and guidelines of the company.
- Ensure that all installers shall provide the service to clients on time
- All stock shall be audited every month and reported to CEO.

5. General:
- Implement the Board's decisions and policies for best effect and to assist the CEO in the profitable management of the Company's operations;
- Perform other duties as assigned by board or CEO;

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- At least 5 year of working experiences in management.
- Be honest, friendly, active and creative
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Fluent in Khmer language and English
- Computer literacy in MS. Word, Access, Internet and E-mail
- Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior and trustworthiness
- High level of commitment
- Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated
