Job Description

  Main Duties:

• Manage Accounting teams
• Able to manage and prepare the accounting system for the company
• Check daily sales, expenses and cash deposit
• Check daily sales report posted in QB vs System and Excel Report.
• Checking daily cost for all items posted to QB systems
• Review and check AR and AP report
• Review and check for all inventories costing and receiving items into system (Review and check accounting schedule for all GL
• Review and check for all expenses before summit for approval
• Review and check for amortizing expenses “FA & Prepaid”
• Creative the easy way for the staff and related department.
• Review and analysis monthly and yearly financial statement report.
• Reinforce financial discipline & cost effectiveness within the company.
• Ensure daily, monthly and year end closing for operations.
• Closing Monthly & Year-end taxes “ToP”.
• Manage audit tax (limitation and comprehensive).
• Record business transactions or operation and key daily worksheets
• Inventories Movements (Conical Hat check “Opening Balance, Purchase, Trans In, Trans Out, Sales, return and write-off”)
• Cost saving & consult for company
• Monitor, checking and post GL closing account (Accruals & prepayment)
• Encourage staff creative (Team brain storm for the best way and good result)
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information (preparing balance sheet, profit & loss and other reports)
• Preparation of financial data, analysing for reporting, budget forecast and business operation for company
• Monitor the annual financial statement preparation and yearly account closure to ensure timely and accurately reporting.
• Other work set-up by Manager

Job Requirements

  Requirements
• Age 28-40, Cambodia candidate
• Female or Male
• An individual with positive mind set, strong leadership skills
• Minimum 4 years in experience in Trading company
• Strong planning ability, know how to plan efforts
• Someone open to learn and that wants to grow in company
• Good in English capabilities
• Flexible working hours

Working condition:

• Six days a week: Mon-Sat
• Timing: 8 AM – 5 PM

Salary: Attractive Salary + Gasoline Allowance + Phone Allowance
