Job Description

  - Find tenant to lease the shopping mall
- Contact & negotiate with tenants
- Build good relation with tenants
- Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants,
explaining advantages of location & services and showing units.
- Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing
variances, and initiating corrective action.
- Renew contract with current tenants if needed
- Maintains Mall by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations,
contracting with landscaping and maintenance team
- Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
- Secures Mall by contracting with security service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and
responding to emergencies.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Provide legal consultation, code of conduct, and actions to management team and plan
the execution plan to ensure lawfulness and legal compliance
- Process the legal documents to authorities when necessary
- Conduct site visits and legal/compliance inspection, and give constructive feedback to the manager in charge to eliminate risks and enhance profitability;
- Any other tasks assigned by Mall Manager or Director

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor’s Degree of Law, Public Administration, or another related field;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of legal compliance, contract management, and debt problem solving;
- Possess strong knowledge in Civil Law, Criminal Law, Property Management Law and Regulation, Court Administration System, etc;
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers, managers, and clients;
- Demonstrate ability to influence people such as stakeholders, tenants, and employees;
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
