Job Description

  Market Insights
- Follow & analyze the food & beverage market as well as factors driving consumer trends and the influence:
- Branding and activity
- Presenting recommendations based on appropriate data and insights on a continuous basis.
- Supporting the creation of storylines to promote our products & capabilities.

On-trend Marketing Management
- Drive the understanding of different customer needs and convert insights into on-trend solutions, new product concepts & marketing tools
- Commercialization of projects; responsible for the product launches from the designated launch program including all activities from pre- to post-launch:
- Developing value propositions & key messaging.
- Identify market potential, supporting commercial teams.
- Preparation and presentation of internal & external promotion materials.
- Ensure follow-up & measurement of success and suggest/implement proper actions based on the outcome.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Measure digital media consumption and consumer online behavior.
- Capitalizing on analytical data and online metrics to provide digital experiences for user brand engagement.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Sale & Business Development
- Develop, implement and manage sales strategy
- Develop, implement, and manage sales forecasting activities and set performance goals to achieve company objectives
- Review and analyze sales performance against plans to determine the effectiveness
- Monitor, prepare and report on sales activity
- Manage and give direction to sales teams
- Coordinate sales campaigns and initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Direct staff, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs
- Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and developed
- Identify and understand client’s business needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales campaigns
- Coordinate liaison between sales and other departments
- Develop and manage marketing/sales budgets
- Maintain effective internal marketing communications

Job Requirements

  - Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related role
- Experience in the Food and Beverage Industry will be an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
