Job Description

  • Lead Channel Marketing Strategy development for relevant channels and product categories to achieve the defined business objectives (9 Grids).
• Manage departmental operating budget to ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Lead the development of National Consumer Promotion (Ring Pull and Wedding), execute, monitor and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Lead the development of National Customer Promotion (Key Dealer Incentive), execute, monitor and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly/bimonthly trade promotional plan in designated channels with evaluation of its effectiveness.
• Coordinate communication of price, product and pack changes.
• Work closely with Cold Drink department in monitoring Trade Marketing Investments (coolers, draught beer and post mixed equipment).
• Proactively look out for trade marketing up selling opportunities based on consolidated plans and market information.
• Plan and build trade marketing internal capabilities, standardized processes (including approvals), trade tools, etc. for smooth execution of trade marketing activities.
• Lead new POSM development, control and its deployment
• Lead the development of PICOS for all relevant channels, alignment from relevant stakeholders, roll-out and implementation.
• Lead customization and implementation of integrated marketing activation plans by coordinating external functions (sponsorships, customer and consumer promotions).
• Lead the development of multi touch point shopper marketing initiatives and campaigns based on shopper insight and strong understanding of retailer strategy. Gain alignment with key internal stakeholders by defining and sharing vision, strategy and paths to execution.
• People Development thru coaching and succession planning.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
• Computer literate – MS Tools (PP, Excel & Word)
• Minimum 6 years working experience in FMCG environment, with at least 5 years of people management.
• Self-driven and results oriented
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, including product categories and channels.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and familiar with research-based findings for work related.
• Possess strategic thinking, planning, control and execution skills.
• Highly assertive, self-confident with excellent problem-solving skills
• Possess proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Khmer language (both written and verbal).
