Job Description

  ** KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Build robust consumer understanding to discover new insights based on IMF (Infant Milk Formula) and/or adjacent categories’ consumers.
* Use consumer insight to inform idea development and as a result build new consumer propositions for new campaign / innovation/renovation.
* Manage cross functional project teams to drive campaign / projects from conceptualization through implementation stage.
* Develop the business case and own the business plan for the responsible brand / project and integrate this into departmental budgetary planning and control.
* Delivers exciting, bold, and engaging ideas and stories that translate into memorable contents across all touch points and channels.
* Fluent in the power and application of digital opportunities throughout the marketing funnels.

* Project and Timeline management
- To facilitate and lead project management team to achieve key milestones
- To alert key stakeholders on identified risks and its mitigation strategy
- To timely update key stakeholders on project progress

* Brand Performance Management
- To lead and supervise the brand performance by driving effective brand strategy and
plan.
- To keep monitoring and evaluating the brand activities, so that we can improve them
for maximum results.
- To understand category thoroughly based on thorough analysis of market, environment, competitive and consumer trends as well as the desired business objective of the company.

* Excellent Executions
- To ensure high quality execution of the brand activities and business plans in a coordination with Sales, Medical and other team to achieve the company goals.
- To work closely with other stakeholders including advertising agency and research agency within agreed objectives and budget and timeline to deliver the brand
performance and business agenda.
- Achieving overall total sales for Blue in Cambodia at the target set in the business
plan.

* S&I/User Experience
- To produce Research Brief and brief potential Research Agency together with S&I Manager
- To proactively manage Research timeline with Research Manager
- To work with relevant team to finalize project scope for prototype and its related claim
- To produce Prototype brief for R&I with target cost
- To ensure prototype is aligned with Brand Marketing’s aligned direction

* Regulatory Compliance
- To ensure product and packaging claims as well communication is within approved regulatory claims
- Working closely with Sales & HCN team
- To obtain sales team & HCN team buy in and alignment on key campaigns and collaborate with trade marketing team to ensure excel in execution of the planned campaign / innovation projects.

** KEY TASKS:
* Monthly and Ad-hoc Innovation
- Meeting Project meeting – Monthly. To discuss in depth on progress, issues and risks of specific Innovation project.
- LIM / CIM / Topline – Monthly update to CODIs on project progress & key decision making

* Research Data analysis
- Attend research groups diligently to be able to prepare topline report by working closely with Head of S&I

* Proactive Project and Timeline Management
- Proactively manage project and timeline and anticipate key next steps.

* Brand Plan
- Plan and execute 360 launch plans (mid-term & long term).

* Manage Financial aspects of Project
- Manage 3 years financial simulation for responsible projects and proactively influence key levers that will affect finance status.

* Agencies management
- Able to independently brief agencies (media, digital, creative, event), collaborate with them to ensure timeline execution and delivery of exciting, bold, and engaging ideas
and stories that’s rooted on consumer insights and executed efficiently in the relevant touch points/channels.

Job Requirements

  - Minimum BA degree in Marketing or Related field
- FMCG/Pharmaceutical marketing or brand experience at Managerial level
- Min 5 years of working experience in FMCG Marketing or related field
- Strong analytical and analysis skill
- Strong verbal and communication skills in English
- Experience of campaign planning and writing business plans
- Strong business acumens/financials
