Job Description

  职位描述:
1.全面负责客户服务部门的日常运营管理,确保达成各项KPI指标要求;
2.制定客户服务中心的短期和中期发展目标,并建立具体行动计划方案;
3.改善和提升团队的服务质量,审查和改善客户服务流程,提升服务效率;
4.负责各区域大客户的维护、管理及投诉的跟进与处理;
5.负责对团队成员进行绩效考核、岗位培训,营造积极向上的客服团队文化;
6.建立客服人才培养与储备机制,结合业务需求搭建人才梯队;
7.建立和完善各种客服服务程序和监测系统,形成标准化服务指导体系;
8.对加盟商进行客服服务标准化培训与指导,并对其执行情况进行监督与考核。

Job Requirements

  教育
大专及以上学历
经验
三年以上客户服务经验;两年以上的团队管理经验;管理一支超过20人的团队
有培训经验,特许经营或连锁店客户服务经验者优先;
技能
1.良好的中文,包括:听,说,读,写
2.熟悉Excel,PPT等办公软件;具有较强的数据分析能力;
3.熟悉客户服务系统,如CRM;有一定的培训管理能力;
4.具有良好的学习能力并能接受加班;
5.良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作能力;
6.诚实守信,商业道德,责任心强;
7.英语流利,口语表达能力强;
其他
创业精神;较强的工作计划性;较强的逻辑分析能力;出色的团队合作精神和抗压力;
接受加班; 38岁以下。
