Job Description

  • To handle and resolve critical queries/complaints specific language market.
• To provide assistance and coaching on issues as necessary.
• To liaise and coordinate with different internal departments on resolving customer’s cases & complaints in a logical and professional manner.
• To provide objective feedback related to team development and training needs.
• To communicate and implement departmental policy and procedure changes with associates.
• To run day to day workflow and meet department service levels.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

  •Applicant able to work in Sihanoukville, Cambodia.
•Must have basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office and Windows Operating System.
•Applicant must possess at least a Diploma in any major.
•Strong customer service do main experience and excellent people management skills
•Related experience working as an operations TeamLead/Supervisor for atleast 1year.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer communication skills.
•Pleasant personality, serviceoriented, accountability and openminded.
•Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problemsolving.
•Ability to work under pressure, independent.
•Ability to work 12 hours a day on shifting schedule with 6 rest days a month.
