Job Description

  Hongkong Land is one of Asia’s leading property investment, management and development groups with premium commercial and residential property interests across the region. Currently, we are looking for Senior Building Supervisor (Night Shift), 01 positions.

Principal Responsibilities
- Accountable to Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager of Exchange Square to
execute Departmental management policies.
- Ownership of Service Standard delivery to tenants, customers and service vendors.
- Ownership of Training and Coordination to Building Operational Team and Concierge Teams training and coordination
- Provide feasible recommendations to Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager to enhance the value added of Property Management.

Scope of Duties
I. Execution of Departmental Management Policies
- To assist the Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager in operating the buildings in an effective and professional manner.
- To assist the Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager in assessing and balancing the annual and periodic budgets with realistic forecasts of operational and administrative
expenditures.
- To ensure the smooth coordination of Staff’s Recognition Programs and Internal and External Training Programs.
- To coordinate and implement the directives, verbal or written, of the Property Management from Regional, Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.

II. Service Standard Delivery
- Implementation of Practical Service Pledge.
- Management of Customers and Tenants’ expectations.
- Upkeep of Customer Service Level and Attitude, and
- Upkeep of Staff and Contractors Grooming – Appearance and Behavioural Standards

III. Building Operations
- Managing tenants’ request and complaints.
- Ensuring of work efficiency of Building Management Office.
- Maintaining building Front and Back of the House.
- Maintaining FLHSS- Fire Life Health Safety and Security Standards.
- Monitoring and rectifying contractors’ performance to meet the in-house rules and legislative regulations.
- Managing issues in vicinity pertaining to building well-being.
- Ensuring strict compliance to environmental protection issues.
- Ensuring smooth Hand-over and Take-back issues.
- Maintaining an effective inventory control- fixed assets and consumable items.

IV. Staff Administration
- To ensure effective Team Building.
- To maintain a realistic staff establishment and actual strength by effective work force planning – Monthly Duty Roster & Daily Work Location Assigned, Over Time application, Attendance & Punctuality.
- To monitor Staff Morale – welfare, training and promotion.
- To act as an effective channel for better communication between building group staff and management.
- To designate mentorship for the “On the Job Training” program for Building Attendants/ Senior Building Attendants or Trainees.
- To compile with HR policy and directives over staff issues.
- To coordinate work-related issues and act on emergency.

Job Requirements

  - At least 4 years working experiences in training, customer service and hospital industry
- Able to train team members and Standard Operating Procedure of Property Management
- Self-starter, reliable, honest, disciplined, organized and structured way of working
- Good personality, a good team leader who able to lead with minimum supervision
- Flexible with working hours, day off and public holiday
- Able to communication in Khmer and English, both speaking and writing
- Strong background in team development in previous organization is an advantage
