Job Description

  - Represent, build the relationship, marketing and networking to promote company profile to
ensure company achieve its annual financial target;
- Lead the audit work from the start to end of audit processes to ensure well planned, positive results from the field work and professional analytical and recommendations of the audit report align with national and international audit standards and protocols
- Review and develop audit procedures and tool/template as required to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the audit work
- Provide leadership, coaching and training team members to ensure their capacity and knowledge are up to date and able to performance high quality of work. Also, ensure all team members have objectives and evaluate their performance twice a year.
- Participate and networking with others and in the audit forums and bring new experience and knowledge to share with team
- Handle directly with clients of any issues arisen from the audit work including progress update and payment settlement.
- Manage both soft and hard copies of audit documents to ensure proper file and store for future references.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manage

Purpose
He/she leads the audit team to generate profit for the team and company as a whole by providing audit service to clients and ensure high professional, quality results, timely to
clients. S/he will responsible both technical and managerial roles.

Dealing with Problems of the Position:
This position will deal directly with clients particularly with technical issues and communication issues. Quality, professionalism, result oriented and client oriented are the key factors of success for this position

Communications and Working Relationships of the Position:
Internally: He/She will communicate with all staff of the company
Externally: He/She will communicate and deal with all clients, government officials/regulators

Job Requirements

  - CPA and ACCA qualified and KICPAA active member are more favorable.
- Experience in auditing at least 5+ years
- Strong technical knowledge and skill in auditing
- Be honest and transparent
- Results oriented and able to deliver task under time pressure
- Be accountable person and respect deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player, cooperative/supportive to colleagues
- Ability to do multi tasks at the same time
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skill
- Uses resources responsibly
- Strong command of spoken and written in English
- Encourages sharing of best practices
- Adheres to rules and regulations
