Job Description

  • Manage and Oversee daily business General Operations.
• Manage, Organize all Company business process leading with strategy for Company’s goals and Establishing company SOPs.
• Pursue targeted goals & objectives.
• Find opportunity to improve work flows and quality.
• Seek the maximize operational efficiency.
• Do Business to Business, Marketing Design Strategy Make sale with business growth.
• Direct employees & delegate administrative tasks
• Report to and engage with corporate officers.
• Develop and manage the training program for restoration personnel
• Undertake responsibility for some or all of sales, marketing, accounting, human resources, purchasing, Maintenance, Stock Controller, and other specialist Operations.
• Be responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities.
• Work as inspector on daily operation process such as: ingredient purchase, supplier & price review and compression.
• Monitor all operation procedure of company’s business.
• Facility Management: managing and control for sure all Luna Coffee & Bakery Shop office, building and equipment is well organized maintenance repaired renovation and cleans every times.
• Ensure the project is completed on time and within scope and budget.
• Works closely with architects, construction, IT teams and engineers to develop plans.
• Collaborate with the architect and construction crew to ensure the project’s Practicality.
• Meet with architect, IT and construction crew onsite between (Amory Group and Tela Group).
• Perform negotiations with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure that division’s resources (both with people and equipment) are properly filled in order to meet our top management demands.
• Project & Site controlling with inspection with actuals progressing work for make sure project are completed for operation team ready to do soft or Grand opening.

• Other emergency takes of company’s business or work scope was assisted by CEO.

Job Requirements

  • MBA or Bachelor Degree of Management & Administrative, Technical & Structural Engineering.
• Experience 10 year with related Sector industry like: (F&B, Construction, Project Management, Retail Store & Shopping Mall).
• English Speaking for daily upper level (Good for reading, listening and writing).
• Computer Skill Microsoft Office, Internet and E-mail & Auto-Cad.
• Leadership & Management Skill
• Responsible ability.
• Honest and Hardworking.
• Operation Management.
• Product Development.
• Negotiation, Problem Solving and Decision Making.
