Job Description

  •Manage all Tronum departments including housekeeping, maintenance, laundry & landscaping team
•Coordinate Tronum operations team with other team from Vannak architecture, Vehaa & Osien.
•Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated all the way from the management down to all departments and that they are followed at all times
•Maintain good relationship with real estate agencies
•Provide strategic advice to CEO & Deputy CEO so that they will have accurate view of Tronum operations, the residential leasing market and the company’s future
•Delegate responsibilities & supervise the work with guidance and motivation to drive maximum employee performance
•Read submitted reports by lower ranked team leaders to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems
•Oversee security, fire prevention, and other safety systems
•Inspect the building frequently for signs of damage or wear and schedule regular building maintenance
•Contract professionals for repairs as needed
•Ensure that occupants are provided with proper services & utilities
•Monitor building maintenance budgets
•Seek ongoing improvements for Tronum operations, buildings & teams
•Oversee maintenance team and inspecting completed tasks
•Provide training for building employees as needed
•Evaluate employee performance and provide direction, correction and additional training to ensure proper maintenance of the building
•Resolve and deal with tenants’ complaints, problems
•Maintain records of tenants

Job Requirements

  Knowledge, Qualification, Skills and Competencies:

•Fluent in English skills (Listening, reading, writing and speaking) are required. Familiarity with business vocabulary preferred
•Honesty and excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, positive attitude
•At least two years of experience in hospitality in manager position or supervisor
•Computer proficiency
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work independently
•Critical thinking, problem solving, detail oriented, negotiation skills
•Customer service experience, management or human resources experience, hospitality sector needed
•Ability to set and meet goals
•Results oriented behavior
•Degree in business administration, real estate or related field
•On the job experience, strong written and oral communication skills
•Fluent in thired language is a plus.
