Job Description

  The Role:

This Project Manager role is an important part of a company’s project team. You will contribute your experiences and skills to apply on projects and ensure these are completed on time within budget and scope. You need to oversee some parts of various of projects and are primarily responsible for project administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Makes sure all aspects of the project run efficiently. You work with various members of teams and the clients to develop a timeline, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time.
- Requirements gathering and conducting feasibility studies.
Monitors production and quality to customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards.
- Utilize project management system such Redmine and some other standard tools to handle daily tasks and other record of activities, issues, requirements, tickets, and requests.
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
- Responsible for coordinating and attending meetings and developing project strategies.
- A lot of problem-solving and multitasking. You are coordinating multiple aspects of a project in a fast-paced and challenging work environment and communicating all the issues and risks of the project.
- To ensure that all stakeholder is on the same page and speaking the same language. Because you are responsible for making sure your part of the project stays on target and always be followed up.
- Manage and prepare documentation for user requirement, functional/technical specification, UAT script and user training.
- Provide leadership in vendor management, including contract negotiation, service improvement, consultation and effective solutions.
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Reporting to CEO & management stakeholders on a regular agreed-upon basis.

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor’s degree required; with certificate of PM is preferable.
- 3 years working experience in Project Management.
Experiences within multiple industries by getting involved in coordinating projects and related activities.
- Be able to use Project Management Tools (Open Source is preferable, e.g., Redmine).
- Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts, procedures, practices, and tools (PMP, Scrum master certification).
- Sound understanding with Scope, WBS, Gantt chart, Kanban, scrum, timeline, roadmap, milestone and good with in estimation.
- Have knowledge in Agile methodology, Project Management Life Cycle
- Hardworking and possesses ability to take initiatives.
Ambition to progress into more senior positions.
- Be Self-motivated, attentive, mutual and be able to work under pressure with agreed timeline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced problem-solving skills.
