Job Description

  ** JOB DESCRIPTION
To work with the Team Lead, Student Admission and Recruitment (STAR) and Head, Admission and Community Engagement Division, Singapore (Cambodia) International
Academy Co., Ltd. (SCIA), a Cambodia registered subsidiary of SIM International Pte. Ltd.

The Account Manager, Student Admission and Recruitment, reporting to the Team Lead, Student Admission and Recruitment (STAR), is responsible for:
- Drive student recruitment sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies
- Design and implement sales and marketing plans for promoting company’sservices to attract student’s recruitment
- Support Team Lead in the market research and development of marketing and sales strategies for the company to attract student’s recruitment
- Manage pipeline tracking report and maintain prospects and sanitise into categories of leads
- Coordinate with partners, vendors, media representatives and sponsors
- Work closely with the sales team to gather market insights and develop targeted sales strategies
- Answer client queries about product specifications and offerings
- Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales targets by quarter and the year
- Create and present sales recruitment performance and pipeline reports
- Research on target customer segments and prospects to improve leads generation process
- Contact potential and existing customers/ parents on the phone, per email, and in person
- Handle customers’ and prospects’ questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Plan, manage and help execute events within approved budget and timeline
- Source, evaluate and recommend suitable event partners and event organisers to either participate in existing/planned events or develop new ones
- Responsible for successful delivery of each event, ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, organisers, and on-site team
- Responsible for sourcing of prospects to attend these events with target conversion and hit rate in mind
- Develop relevant processes and procedures to enhance teamwork flow that include smooth communication, transparency and sharing
- Establish partnerships with relevant organisations, including chambers of business councils and companies that can contribute to student enrolment of the school, through networking and outreach events.
- Support the organising of events, conferences and workshops, including from other Divisions
- Participate in and conduct product training where relevant
- Undertaking any duties as may be reasonably required by Supervisors

Job Requirements

  1. Academic Education / Training / Experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or related disciplines from an internationally recognised university
- Competent in Information Technology for use in data analysis, creating reports and presentations
- Has an eye for detail and willing to be hands-on in engaging customers and managing events
- Meticulous, organised and able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Creative and able to think out of the box
- Has good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in teams and independently with minimal supervision
- Must be prepared to work on weekends
- Proficient in English – both spoken and written
- Results-oriented, self-driven, confident and resilient
- Some experience in Chamber work or business councils work is also a plus
- Have wide ranging network in key Khmer communities, including outreach plans on working and networking with Khmer VIPs/ excellencies/ trade and industry leaders
