Job Description

  The General Manager oversees the activities of the company of all departments. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing the Company Strategic plan and oversee whole operations, revenue cycle management, financial, sales & marketing, human resources, company system etc.

** Strategic Management & Operations:
- Develop and participate in strategic planning to boost sales growth and profits of the company and plan the future prospects of the company
- Responsible for the planning and managing the financial and budgeting
- Provide oversight and direction for the team underneath on financial practices
- Ensure sound standards of financial practices and optimal use of resources
- Ensure that all financial reports are in line with the regulations and are done in a timely manner
- Ensure a clear, transparent and accurate accounting system is functioning.
- Set business goals and assign it to the business critical role and makes sure that the employees are providing productive results for the company
- Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions of EYECARE
- Drive Profit and Loss improvement initiatives for company to ensure targets and budget are achieved
- Plan attractive strategies to retain skilled, hardworking and fruitful employees making sure that they are satisfied with the company
- Research and identify potential supplier of fashion product and make the decision on the products ordered
- Conduct the feasibility study and propose the investment opportunity to the owner for extending business
- Manage and control all kinds of risks relating to the business including market and operational risks
- Oversee overall operations to ensure efficient and quality, service and cost-effective management of resources
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with customers, business partners and authorities
- Promote, manage and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Review sales and revenue cycles and develop a strategic plan and set KPIs for each department the following year
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement

** Leadership:
- Supervise the progress of individual departments of the company and the overall progress of the company
- Create a positive and motivating atmosphere in the company and providing better growth opportunities for the employees
- Encourage innovative ideas from the employees and implement them for the benefit of the company
- Lead and drive the company’s value and create cultures where the employees are inspired and motivated
- Other tasks as assigned by the board of the directors.

Job Requirements

  ** PERSONAL QUALIFICATION PROFILE
- At least Master degree in management
- At least 10 years experiences in management role, preferably in retail sector
- Competence in management and leadership
- Enthusiastic and ability to create motivation amongst the employees
- Possess fully understanding the retail industry, the competitors, and trends
- Demonstrate the entrepreneurship mindset
